Looking for Temple of the Forbidden Eye 10th Anniv

Hi, I'm looking for Indiana Jones, Temple of the Forbidden Eye Collectibles which were offered during the 10th Anniversary Event in 2005. I'm especially looking for the Calendar which had an elephant sculpture on it and I'm also looking for the resin obilisk.
